History

Since 2015, Maswana has been a leader in delivering creative and efficient solutions in land use and development management, town and regional planning, urban design as well as integrated development planning to clients in both the private and public sectors. We possess a diverse range of experience, and knowledge, which we apply to projects of all sizes and complexity

our job is to understand

As Urban Designers, our job is to understand the complexities of existing and new urban environments, anticipate future challenges, investigate opportunities, and respond with sound and innovative design. We provide a comprehensive Urban Design and land use planning service to our clients which is supported by our Planning Division. This enables us to successfully design, manage and deliver a broad range of projects. We aim to be involved in our clients’ projects from initial inception right through to practical completion. In addition to the planning aspects of a project, we can manage the design and implementation of the project through our dedicated Urban Design, Architexture and Project Management divisions.
